Dr. Michael Fan in 1998 as a consulting

services business.

In April 2000, the company obtained an

exclusive license for FSQP from the

University of Maryland. FSQP, which

stands for feasible sequential quadratic

programming, is a set of state-of-art tools

for constrained nonlinear optimization.

The company's mission is to market, license,

support, and develop FSQP and its related

products.
